The short version
Lemme GLP-1 Daily is one of the cleanest labels in the natural GLP-1 aisle: 3 branded extracts, each at a dose a trial used, nothing hidden. It's worth buying if you want a caffeine-free capsule for between-meal snacking and you'll give it a few months. Skip it if you want fullness at meals, something built for after-dinner cravings, or you take an SSRI and haven't cleared saffron with your doctor.
How it scores
Every score is derived from publicly verifiable facts. See the full methodology and Value Index formula.
Ingredients & doses
| Ingredient | Dose | Pathway | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Morosil Red Orange Fruit Extract Morosil | 400 mg | Leptin & fat signaling | Moro red orange standardized to 0.8% anthocyanins; marketed for body weight / waist support. |
| Eriomin Lemon Fruit Extract Eriomin | 200 mg | GLP-1 / gut-hormone | Lemon flavonoid blend (~70% eriocitrin); supplier claims a ~15% increase in GLP-1 in clinical studies. |
| Supresa Saffron Extract Supresa | 176.5 mg | — | Saffron standardized to 0.3% safranal; positioned for emotional-eating and satiety. |
How it claims to work
Three standardized plant extracts the brand says work together to support the body’s own GLP-1 production, reduce hunger and cravings, and support healthy weight management. Lemme states it is not GLP-1, not synthetic GLP-1, and not a GLP-1 drug.
The evidence
Each branded ingredient (Eriomin, Supresa, Morosil) has its own supplier-cited human studies, but there is no published RCT on this specific three-ingredient combination; efficacy rests on individual-ingredient research.
Strengths
- Fully disclosed, standardized branded actives (no proprietary blend).
- Caffeine-free; simple two-capsule once-daily routine.
- Touches three pathways (GLP-1, fat signaling, appetite/mood).
Watch-outs
- No published trial on the finished three-ingredient combination.
- Capsules only — no drinkable option.
- Return fee reduces the practical value of the guarantee.
Price & value
Taste & format: Two flavorless capsules once daily with food; brand suggests 3–6 months of consistent use. Simple to add to a routine.
Lemme GLP-1 Daily (Lemme Reset): the full review
What it is and who it's for
Lemme GLP-1 Daily is a 2-capsule, once-a-day botanical supplement now sold under the name Lemme Reset GLP-1 Production Support. Same capsule, new name, which trips up a lot of searches.
The brand states it isn't GLP-1, isn't synthetic GLP-1 and isn't a GLP-1 drug. It's sold to support the body's own GLP-1 production, reduce hunger and cravings, and support weight management. That's the right thing to say, and more than much of this aisle bothers to.
It fits someone who wants a caffeine-free capsule with a clean, printed label, whose main problem is snacking between meals, and who's willing to give it a few months. It scores 18 out of 25 on our five-axis rubric: 3 for pathway coverage, 4 for ingredients, 3 for science, 4 for value and 4 for format.
What the label says
All 3 actives are printed at exact doses, with no proprietary blend, no caffeine and no added fiber. In this category that's rarer than it should be.
| Ingredient | Label dose | Dose in the research |
|---|---|---|
| Eriomin lemon fruit extract (70% eriocitrin) | 200 mg | 200 mg, with 400 and 800 mg performing about the same |
| Supresa saffron extract (0.3% safranal) | 176.5 mg | 176.5 mg, but of a different branded extract (Satiereal) |
| Morosil red orange extract (0.8% anthocyanins) | 400 mg | 400 mg |
So every milligram figure traces to a trial. The one gap is the saffron: the 176.5 mg number comes from a study of Satiereal, and Lemme uses Supresa. Whether the 2 extracts behave the same hasn't been tested head to head.
What the evidence shows
Eriomin carries the GLP-1 claim. In a 12-week randomized trial of 103 adults with prediabetes, 200, 400 or 800 mg a day lowered fasting glucose by about 5% and raised measured GLP-1 by about 15%, with all 3 doses performing about the same. A 30-person crossover trial at 200 mg found a 17% rise, and a later 12-week trial reported 22% alongside shifts in gut bacteria.
Three caveats travel with those numbers. All 3 trials came from the same lab at São Paulo State University. All ran in people with elevated blood sugar. None measured appetite, cravings or food intake, and the 2019 trial reports that body measurements and diet didn't change. Circulating GLP-1 is also cleared within minutes, and commercial assays disagree widely on absolute levels, so a 15% rise on one assay is a signal of activity rather than a number you can line up against another product's.
Saffron is the ingredient with the most craving-relevant endpoint. In an 8-week trial of 60 mildly overweight women, 176.5 mg a day of a saffron extract cut self-reported snacking frequency and produced more weight loss than placebo. It's 1 trial, in women only, with snacking logged by diary.
Morosil has the most pooled data. At 400 mg a day for 12 weeks, overweight volunteers ended with lower body weight, BMI, waist and hip measurements than placebo. A 6-month trial found body mass down 4.2% versus 2.2% on placebo, and a 2026 meta-analysis of 3 trials (252 people) pooled weight loss at 2.08 kg with no effect on lean mass. Modest, and none of it measured appetite.
What's missing is a trial on the finished 3-ingredient capsule. That gap is the one 2 proposed class actions filed in 2025 went after, in California state court and in federal court in New York. Lemme called the suits frivolous, and no class has been certified, so treat them as allegations rather than findings.
Side effects, tolerability and who should skip it
There's no caffeine, no stimulant and no fiber, so no jitters and no digestive ramp-up period. In the saffron trial, no dropouts were blamed on the product, and the 6-month Morosil trial reported liver safety markers staying in the normal range throughout.
The flag is saffron. Its compounds act on serotonin through the same broad lever SSRIs pull, and no study has tested 176.5 mg alongside an antidepressant for safety. If you take one, read our note on saffron, 5-HTP and SSRI risk and clear it with your doctor first.
Skip it if you want to feel fuller at meals, since nothing in the capsule works on fullness, or if your cravings hit hardest after dinner and you want something built for that moment. Anyone pregnant, nursing or managing a health condition should talk to a doctor before starting.
Price and value
A bottle is $80 for 30 servings, or $2.67 a day. The monthly subscription drops it to $64, about $2.13 a day, and the multi-month plans go a little lower.
The money-back guarantee covers a first single-bottle order in the US, minus a $9.99 processing fee. Multi-bottle packs and international orders aren't returnable. If you want the guarantee, buy 1 bottle first.
The brand suggests 3 to 6 months of consistent use. At subscription pricing that's $192 to $384 before you'd fairly judge it, so budget for the full run rather than week 2.
How to take it and what to expect
Two capsules once a day with food. They're flavorless, there's nothing to mix and nothing to refrigerate.
Expect a gradual effect, if any, rather than a switch. The GLP-1 numbers were lab values measured over 12 weeks in people with raised blood sugar. The snacking result came over 8 weeks. Nobody in any of these trials reported a prescription-style effect, and the brand doesn't promise one. Our explainer on natural GLP-1 support versus the agonists covers why the two aren't on the same scale.
How it compares
Against the other GLP-1-labelled capsule in our set, Lemme vs Pendulum comes down to measured hormone data (Lemme) versus a probiotic with a strong single-organism pedigree and no GLP-1 measurement (Pendulum GLP-1 Probiotic). The 2 cost within 4 cents of each other per serving, and Pendulum needs a fridge.
Against a drinkable fiber option, Supergut vs Lemme is transparency against fiber load. Lemme prints every dose and has no fiber to ramp; Supergut GLP-1 Daily Support hides its split inside a blend but costs $1.50 a serving against Lemme's $2.67.
For the wider field, our ranked natural GLP-1 list and the GLP-1 support category score every product on the same rubric. If you haven't bought one of these before, start with the 6 checks to run first.
Frequently asked questions
Does Lemme GLP-1 Daily work?
Each of its 3 ingredients has human trial support at the dose Lemme uses: Eriomin raised measured GLP-1 by 15 to 22% in people with raised blood sugar, a saffron extract at 176.5 mg cut self-reported snacking in 60 women over 8 weeks, and Morosil lowered weight and waist size in overweight adults. No trial has tested the finished capsule, and the Eriomin trials never measured appetite, so results vary from person to person.
What are the side effects of Lemme GLP-1 Daily?
The trials behind its ingredients reported no product-related dropouts and normal liver safety markers. The main caution is saffron, which acts on serotonin, so anyone on an SSRI or other antidepressant should clear it with their doctor first.
How long does Lemme GLP-1 Daily take to work?
The brand suggests 3 to 6 months of consistent use. The trials behind its ingredients ran 8 to 12 weeks, so don't judge it on week 2.
Does Lemme GLP-1 Daily have caffeine?
No. It contains no caffeine, no stimulants and no added fiber, so it can be taken in the evening without affecting sleep.
How much does Lemme GLP-1 Daily cost?
$80 for 30 servings one-time, which is $2.67 a day, or $64 on the monthly subscription, about $2.13 a day. The first single bottle in the US is refundable minus a $9.99 processing fee; multi-bottle packs are not returnable.
